Link SuperGrok for Grok Bot

Link your Grok or X account to grant Grok Bot usage on your Cherri Code account. Individual SuperGrok, SuperGrok Plus, SuperGrok Heavy, and X Premium+ qualify.

What do I need before linking SuperGrok?

You need an active individual SuperGrok, SuperGrok Plus, SuperGrok Heavy, or X Premium+ subscription on the Grok or X account you will link, and a Cherri Code or Grok Bot account to receive the usage grant.

Linking pairs one Cherri Code account with one Grok or X account. The link itself is not a Cherri Code payment. Sign in with the Cherri Code account that should hold the usage grant, because a SuperGrok or X Premium+ link can't be unlinked or moved to a different Cherri Code account once created.

What do I get after linking SuperGrok?

Linking is a usage grant, not a Cherri Code plan. It grants Grok Bot usage on the linked Cherri Code account while your SuperGrok or X Premium+ subscription stays active.

  • SuperGrok Heavy grants the highest linked Grok Bot usage.
  • SuperGrok Plus grants generous linked Grok Bot usage, below the Heavy tier.
  • SuperGrok grants linked Grok Bot usage, below the Plus tier.
  • X Premium+ grants linked Grok Bot usage, below SuperGrok Plus.

Cherri Code re-checks your SuperGrok or X Premium+ status at each renewal.

Upgrading or downgrading SuperGrok after you have already linked can take up to 24 hours to show on Weekly usage. You do not need to link again. See What if I upgrade SuperGrok after I already linked?.

The grant does not stack with a Cherri Code plan. If you are on Pro+, linking SuperGrok Plus does not add usage. Linking SuperGrok, SuperGrok Plus, SuperGrok Heavy, or X Premium+ on top of Pro, Pro+, Ultra, or a self-serve Teams plan does not add usage either. You can still upgrade within Cherri Code plans, such as Pro+ to Ultra. See Do Cherri Code and SuperGrok plans stack?.

Does linking SuperGrok change my Cherri Code plan?

No. Your existing Cherri Code plan stays in place. Linking SuperGrok or X Premium+ doesn't cancel a Pro, Pro+, Ultra, or Teams subscription, and it doesn't replace them with another Cherri Code plan. If you had no Cherri Code plan before linking, you still don't, and Grok Bot usage comes from the SuperGrok or X Premium+ grant alone.

If you have both a paid Cherri Code plan that includes Grok Bot and a SuperGrok or X Premium+ link, both stay on the same Cherri Code account, but they do not stack. Linking SuperGrok Plus while you are on Pro+ does not add Grok Bot usage. Purchasing Cherri Code Ultra while SuperGrok Heavy is linked does not grant more included usage either. You can still move from Pro+ to Ultra on the Cherri Code plan itself. That upgrade changes the Cherri Code grant. It does not combine with SuperGrok.

Your Cherri Code plan continues to bill and renew independently of the link. Neither subscription cancels the other. Linking SuperGrok or X Premium+ does not swap you to Ultra, cancel a Cherri Code plan, or add a second Grok Bot meter.

If you need more usage after the included grant runs out, enable on-demand usage. That is the path for extra usage. Linking SuperGrok or X Premium+ on top of a Cherri Code plan is not. You can still upgrade the Cherri Code plan, such as Pro+ to Ultra.

  1. On the Grok Bot plan screen, click Link Grok Account.
  2. Sign into the Grok account with individual SuperGrok, SuperGrok Plus, or SuperGrok Heavy.
  3. Return to Grok Bot and confirm you have access.
  1. On the Grok Bot plan screen, click Link X Account.
  2. Sign into the X account with X Premium+.
  3. Return to Grok Bot and confirm you have access.

Which SuperGrok tiers grant Grok Bot?

Individual SuperGrok, individual SuperGrok Plus, individual SuperGrok Heavy, and X Premium+ grant Grok Bot usage. SuperGrok Team and SuperGrok Enterprise plans are not supported.

These do not qualify:

  • SuperGrok Lite
  • SuperGrok Team
  • SuperGrok Enterprise

No. A SuperGrok or X Premium+ link is permanent once created. You can't unlink a Grok or X account from a Cherri Code account, and you can't move a link to a different Cherri Code account.

Sign in with the correct Cherri Code account before you select Link Grok Account or Link X Account. If a link ended up on the wrong Cherri Code account, contact support.

Why am I still on the plan screen after linking?

Confirm you're signed in with the same Cherri Code account you linked. If access still doesn't appear, contact support.

The Link Grok Account and Link X Account options appear on the Get Started paywall screen before you sign in. Once you're past the paywall and inside the main app, Settings does not show a Grok, X, or xAI account link option.

To return to the paywall screen:

  1. Fully quit Grok Bot (on Mac, choose Quit from the menu bar).
  2. Relaunch the app.

If you still don't see Link Grok Account or Link X Account, confirm you're not already signed in through another path.

What if my SuperGrok access, email, or usage looks wrong after linking?

If linking didn't grant Grok Bot usage, applied to the wrong account, or your usage didn't reset, work through these checks first.

Confirm the basics:

  • You linked the Grok account with an active SuperGrok, SuperGrok Plus, or SuperGrok Heavy subscription, or the X account with X Premium+. The grant is tied to that specific account.
  • You're signed into Grok Bot with the same Cherri Code account you linked.
  • Your SuperGrok, SuperGrok Plus, SuperGrok Heavy, or X Premium+ subscription is still active at renewal.

Common failure modes:

What you're seeingWhat to try
Linking fails partway through sign-inFully quit Grok Bot (on Mac, choose Quit from the menu bar), reopen, and link again from the Get Started screen.
Access applied to the wrong Cherri Code accountA SuperGrok or X Premium+ link can't be unlinked or moved on your own. Contact support with the Cherri Code account email that received the grant and the Cherri Code account email that should hold it.
Usage didn't reset after linkingConfirm your SuperGrok, SuperGrok Plus, SuperGrok Heavy, or X Premium+ subscription is active, then allow up to 24 hours after a successful link for usage to refresh.
Still on the old SuperGrok tier after upgradingAllow up to 24 hours for Weekly usage to move to the new tier. Do not link again. If it is still the old tier after 24 hours, contact support with a screenshot of Weekly usage.

If your access, email, or usage still looks wrong, contact support with the email on your Cherri Code account, the Grok or X account email you linked, and a screenshot of your plan screen.
